The best agent I’ve ever worked with. I had previously spent a half a year with a nightmare realtor. I didn’t think I would want to invest my time and effort in another. With another few months full of headaches trying to sell on my own, I found Henry Lai. I told him my limitations and he accepted with a smile. He fully understands that buying and selling is my decision and he cannot jade it. He can only advise me through justified problems. He understands that he is only my real estate agent and that he will only offer mentoring if I requested it. He is very patient and he has given me a blessing of the wonderful home I live in now. He works with only a few clients at one time to assure his client satisfaction. He is top notch and I would ONLY recommend him to friends, family, and anyone else there who is in need of an honest, loyal, and reliable real estate agent. During my search I have come across some not so ethical realtors, which encouraged me to enroll in the trading course.
